PLAN YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY AT BIRTHDAY PARTY INCLUDES: 45 to 60 minutes of activities. 30 to 45 minutes for presents and refreshments. Parties can be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday afternoons. FEES: $100.00 for 10 children ($5.50 for each additional guest). BBFC STUDENTS will receive a 10% discount. A $75.00, non-refundable fee is required when you book your party. The balance will be due at the time of the party. Cancellations require 5 days notice. ACTIVITIES: Short warm-up and karate games. Parents of the birthday child are invited to join the children in the school. DRESS CODE: All children should be dressed comfortably. Karate uniform is acceptable. All children must remove socks and shoes before entering the schools floor. INVITATIONS: When sending invitations, mail out 2-3 weeks prior and RSVP your phone number one week before. Include the directions, full address and the phone number of the school. Call the school with the final count a 3 days before the party date. When giving the party time, you may want to list the starting time 5-10 minutes earlier than the actual time so all your guest won't miss out on all the events. Each party lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please make your guest's parents aware of the exact pick up time.
